What you're agreeing to
By booking a service with AgentStax, you're agreeing to these terms. They're straightforward — we do the work we said we'd do, and you hold up your end so we can deliver.
What we deliver
Services are delivered as described in the package you choose — Starter, Professional, Enterprise, or a custom Build Your Own configuration. The scope of work is based on what's listed in your plan, and any additional items are quoted separately as add-ons.
Refunds
Due to the nature of custom installation work, we don't offer refunds after setup is complete. That said — if something isn't working as agreed, we'll fix it. Every plan includes a support window, and we stand behind our work during that period.

Your responsibilities
To get your agents set up, we need a few things from you:
- Accurate information about your business, tools, and workflows
- Access credentials for the platforms we're integrating with (API keys, admin access, etc.)
- Timely responses during setup — delays on your end may push back the delivery timeline
We treat all credentials with care and only use them for the purpose of your install.
Third-party services
Your agents run on third-party infrastructure — VPS providers, AI model APIs, messaging platforms, and other services. AgentStax is not responsible for outages, downtime, or changes to those services. If a provider goes down, that's on them, not us.
That said, if you're on a maintenance plan, we'll monitor for issues and help you recover as quickly as possible.
Maintenance plans
Monthly maintenance and monitoring plans are billed month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Referral credits
When you refer a client who books a service, you get $100 in add-on credit. A few ground rules:
- Credits are non-transferable — they're tied to your account
- Credits apply to add-ons only, not base packages
- There's no cap on how many referrals you can make
- The referred client needs to complete a booking for the credit to apply
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
